Can’t find the device / Can’t connect
  • Make sure Bluetooth is turned ON
  • Try adding the device from within the app
  • Try scanning the QR code on the screen to connect
  • Hold the watch close to the phone when pairing

Can’t connect to the app
  • Make sure the app has permission to use Bluetooth
  • If the connection fails, try removing the device and reconnecting
How to reset the smart watch (initialization)
  1. Press and hold the side button until the watch vibrates → enter the function menu
  2. Swipe down and select Settings
  3. Swipe down and tap Reset
  4. Tap Clear Data → Confirm reset
Battery drains quickly / Battery dies too fast
  • May be due to initial setup or frequent activation
  • Try rebooting the device once
  • Battery life varies depending on usage
  • Using Alexa or notifications may reduce battery life
  • Avoid using USB ports other than the included charger
  • Recommended charger: 5V/1A
  • Abnormal battery drain may be caused by firmware or other settings
Can’t charge
  • Make sure the charging cable is securely connected
  • Avoid using metal surfaces while charging
  • Try other USB ports or chargers
  • Recommended output is 5V/1A
  • If not charging, power-saving mode or protective features may have shut off charging
